At Ajjinguaqutti, every item is made-to-order with care and craftsmanship. Because our products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the product at no additional cost once the returned item is received.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product or design, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent once the incorrect item is returned.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:-
Change of mind

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Issues caused by customer-uploaded designs (low-resolution images, copyrighted material, etc.)

Return Process
To start a return, email us at ajjinguaqutinunavut@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.-
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
Where applicable, exchanges will be offered for the same product type only (e.g., replacing a defective mug with the same mug design).

Processing Time All custom orders are carefully made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your package is ready for delivery.

Delivery Area & Service At this time, we exclusively serve customers within Nunavut, Canada. All orders are personally delivered by us to ensure safe and timely arrival in your community. We do not currently offer shipping outside of Nunavut.

Delivery Time Once your order is complete and ready to go, personal delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery Costs Delivery is 100% free! There is no cost for your order to be personally delivered within Nunavut.

Order Tracking Since your order is personally delivered, you will not receive a tracking number. You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly at ajijunguinunavut@gmail.com. We will work diligently to assist you.

At Ajjinguaqutti, every item is crafted with care and made to last. To help preserve the quality of your custom prints, please follow these general care guidelines:

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, strong detergents, or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the print.

Gentle Cleaning: Hand wash whenever possible, using mild soap and cold or lukewarm water. For apparel, machine wash on a gentle cycle and turn items inside out to protect the design.

Drying: Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, select a low-heat setting to avoid shrinking or fading.

Heat & Ironing: Do not iron directly on printed designs. Place a cloth over the print if ironing is needed.

Dishwasher/Heat Safety (for drinkware): While some mugs may be dishwasher-safe, we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve print quality over time. Avoid microwaving if your mug includes metallic or special finishes.

Storage: Store items in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.

File Formats Accepted: PNG, JPG, or PDF (high resolution recommended).

Resolution: At least 300 DPI for clear and sharp printing. Low-resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated prints.

Design Size: Please upload your design at the actual size you want it printed, or larger.

Colors: What you see is what you get. We do not alter colors, layouts, or adjust brightness/contrast.

No Editing or Adjustments: We print exactly what you upload. We do not offer free editing, corrections, or re-layout services. Please review your design carefully before submitting.

Customer Responsibility: By uploading a file, you confirm that you own the rights to the design and that it does not infringe on any copyright or trademark. Ajjinguaqutti is not responsible for issues caused by customer-uploaded content.
